Welcome to Revolution Racing, an all-female F1 in Schools team driven by passion and innovation.
We are dedicated to promoting youth and women in STEM, embracing sustainability and fostering community connections. As we attend an all-Irish speaking school, we prioritise the Irish language, recognising its significance as a cornerstone of our identity and values.

OUR SERVICES
What is F1 in Schools?
F1 in Schools is an international STEM competition that challenges groups of 3-6 students to design, engineer and race miniature F1 cars out of the official F1 Model Block using CAD/CAM design tools. Cars are powered by CO2 cartridges and are attached to a track by a nylon wire. They are timed from the moment they are launched to when they pass the finish line by a computer. Beyond the racetrack, teams must design and create a pit display, comprehensive portfolios, a marketing plan, create and manage multiple social media accounts, design uniforms and much more.
F1 in Schools not only tests technical skills in aerodynamics and engineering but also hones teamwork, creativity and problem-solving abilities, preparing students for the real-world challenges.
Team Identity
Our team identity holds profound significance for Revolution Racing, embodying the very essence of who we are. Our journey towards this brand identity begins with our name, ‘Revolution Racing’ . Revolution means more than just change. It’s defined as ‘A fundamental shift in a way of thinking about or visualising something : a change of paradigm.’ We chose this name because it represents our commitment to revolutionising the way women are perceived in the world of STEM.
The word ‘evolution’ being highlighted in our logo is no accident. We understand that true progress requires both change and continuous improvement. ‘Evolution’ signifies our dedication to innovation and adaptability.
